Building a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Foundation - June Cohort

This course will introduce you to the critical concepts needed for building a solid foundation of DEI. These expert-led sessions will provide best practices, insight, and the knowledge necessary to navigate the increasingly vital subject of DEI. Participants will learn how to attract and hire diverse candidates and create a culture where team members feel respected, valued, and included. 

This course takes place over 6 weeks, on Thursdays from 1-3pm:

Jun 8 - Creating a Culture of Inclusion, Jun 15 - Hiring for Diversity and Inclusion, Jun 22 - An Introduction to Generational Diversity, Jun 29 - An Introduction to Unconscious Bias, Jul 13 - Allyship and Advocacy, Jul 20 - Creating Psychological Safety
